Our Performance Provisions Weekly Meal Plan subscriptions are a hassle-free way to enjoy your meals every week, with no long-term commitment. Simply build your initial order to start your subscription, and your meals will be ready for pickup on the Monday of the following week. Subscriptions renew automatically each week until canceled, giving you the flexibility to edit, pause, or cancel anytime with ease.

On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about getting started, modifying your Weekly Meal Plan subscription, or making changes as needed. Because at Performance Provisions, we believe life is about balance – and a healthy diet is an essential part of that balance.

Start new meal plan Edit / Change Meal Plan Pause or Cancel a Plan

Start a new Meal Plan

To set up and subscribe to a new Weekly Meal Plan navigate to the item that you want to order you will see a button to “Add to Cart”, and above it two radio buttons that say “Purchase One Time” and “Subscribe for ($) / week”

Change the radio button to “Subscribe” and the “Add to Cart” button will change to “Add to New Meal Plan”

Utilize the quantity feature to adjust the quantity you wish to purchase.

Once you’ve determined your quantity use the “Add to New Meal Plan” Button to add the item to your Weekly Meal Plan that you’re creating.

Continue adding products to your meal plan until you have created your meal plan and continue to check out.

Edit an Existing Meal Plan

If you’ve already started a Weekly Meal Plan subscription and want to make changes you can most certainly do that.  The first step to adding or removing items is to log in to your account via the My Account Page

Add New Items

If you want to add an item to your existing subscription for a Weekly Meal Plan you will need to navigate to the item you wish to add to your subscription, and then select the “Subscribe” radio button.  There you will have the option to add to a new meal plan, or you can utilize the checkbox below to add to an existing meal plan.

Clicking Add to An Existing Meal Plan checkbox will show you your available subscriptions you can add this item to.

Note: You can have more than one Weekly Meal Plan active at the same time, if desired.

Remove Items

To edit or remove items from your subscription you’ll navigate to the My Account page and log in to your account.   On the left hand side menu you will see an option for “My Subscriptions

From there you can view your subscriptions, and make edits to the items in your subscription, including removing them from the subscription.

Pause, or cancel a Meal Plan

Going out of town for a week and need to pause your subscription?  No problem, you can manage subscriptions in the “My Subscriptions” area of the My Account Page.  Simply navigate to the My Account page and log in to your account.   On the left hand side menu you will see an option for “My Subscriptions

From there you will click on your subscription number, or click the “view” button to view your subscription you need to edit.

On this page you will have the options to chose from the following actions: “Cancel” “Suspend” or “Change Payment”

Suspend will pause your subscription which can be resumed at a later date.

Cancel will cancel your subscription, and you will no longer be billed or receive your items.

Change payment will update your payment method.

Utilize the button that suits your needs to and make your updates.
